Order of Wisdom and Learning

Vicky Sherpa
(Kathmandu, NEPAL)
Bestowed with the Rank of Companion of the Order of Wisdom and Learning for spending many years in Nepal developing educational projects for children with no economical resources. These children belong to the lowest castes of the Nepalese society and are considered to have no right to education.
Mrs Sherpa believes that individuals must be enabled to choose and develop
the society they want by themselves, instead of attempting to
impose solutions based on a Western mentality.
Congratulations!

Vicky Sherpa C.O.W.L.

Glenda Dight. N.D. Assoc. Dip.Nat., Dip. Nat. Ther.
(Como, Western Australia)
Bestowed with the Rank of Dame of the Order of Wisdom and Learning for her on-going commitment to impart her natural healing knowledge to others so that they are empowered to take control of their total well-being.
Glenda Dight
began her working life in the medical profession as a phlebotomist within the pathology field. Her dedication, love of people and keen interest in medicine kept her in the profession for a long time. Then, a life threatening illness struck her down, which meant much suffering and hospitalisation. She not only made a full recovery, but the experience illuminated a whole new career path in Complementary Medicine. Glenda returned to study, and continues to study. The growing number of certificates and diplomas covering her wall in her consulting room are testimony to her on-going commitment. She embraced every discipline to further her knowledge of natural healing. This gathering of wisdom delved into counselling and spiritual awareness – dual strengths that she found to be so beneficial in addressing the fears, stress and pain associated with being diagnosed with an incurable or terminal disease. With this holistic natural healing knowledge and wisdom imbedded, Glenda started her own Natural Health Clinic. It is here at her clinic that Glenda, over the past ten years has been imparting this knowledge, care and wisdom to empower people to take control of their own total wellness. Glenda imparts her knowledge, care and wisdom for total wellness through compassion, understanding, peace and joy to individuals, group workshops and collegial networks. Glenda lovingly combines her vast knowledge, medical training, intuitive gifts and Pranic healing to achieve exceptional holistic results – treating the Mind, Body and Soul with total commitment.
Congratulations!
Dame Glenda Dight. N.D. Assoc. Dip.Nat., Dip. Nat. Ther.  D.O.W.L.

David G. Watkins
(Nungarin, Western Australia)
Bestowed with the Rank of Knight of the Order of Wisdom and Learning in recognition of his many years of teaching/guiding rural children in Western Australia.
David's dedicated approaches to teaching always enamours him to his students and of more recent years his advancement to School Principal still sees him taking an active and concerned role in the teaching of his students and the welfare of his staff and school. David chose to remain teaching and overseeing the education of children in rural Western Australia where he has continuously taken on the pressures of isolation and the difficulties that always go with a rural, farming community and has stuck his ground and continued to fight for a better education for rural kids rather than take the easier path of the bright City lights and large budgets.
Congratulations!

Sir David G. Watkins K.O.W.L.
