PHR ROYAL COLLEGE OF HERALDRY INPUT!

The Royal College of Heraldry has played a most important part in the development and advancement of this Principality and was one of the first institutions put in place back in the late 1970's.

Today that important role continues to play out as the Heraldry of the Principality continues to advance and develop under the leadership of the present Earl Marshal, Lord David Burkart KGCRO and the fine faculty of this institution.

As part of the 40th Year Celebrations, the Earl Marshal will be publishing his revised version of the "Earl Marshal's Regulations" pertaining to the Heraldry of the Principality, the first revision since it's original publication in the late 1970's.

Works will continue throughout this year with regards improving the digital versions of many Arms of the Principality and the creation of Arms as required, such as the just released new Arms assigned to the Royal College of Advanced Research, an institution established by HRH Prince Leonard in 1994 in order to advance research and teachings into the fields of Spiritual in relation to pure Physics without relationship to any individual religious doctrine.

Until now the College has used the private Arms of the Sovereign by his decree ,till such time as the College received it's own Arms. That time has now come and as the first move of the RCH in this, our 40th Year of Independence what better way for them to start off than by publishing the newly designed Arms of the Royal College of Advanced Research.

The certificate of appointment of these arms as well as the blazon to accompany them will be presented to HRH and the College during the 40th Anniversary Celebration Weekend in April but for now, take a look at the new Arms for the RCAR by clicking on the graphic link below.....

Further, future input by the RCH will be detailed in a similar fashion, via links below.
