Greetings to you all!

We extend to all Subjects of the Principality of Hutt River, friends and all those to whom this message reaches:
“Our very best wishes for the Christmas festivities and the New Year”

21st April 2015 will see us achieve our 45th year as an Independent Sovereign Nation and we intend this great milestone in the life of the Principality of Hutt River to be one long to be remembered, as well as one of great application to all people.
We are creating an external Sacred Educational Shrine with the basic knowledge by which mankind can find a great relation of unity to and of all.
Such is our desire, we have many other actions to bring the knowledge that will be contained within this Shrine into effect;

• We will issue a special “Non-Resident Subject” certificate to all those who wish to become part of the PHR and apply to become a non-resident Subject of the PHR.
  This special commemorative certificate will only be issued to those who apply for and are accepted as non-resident Subjects of the PHR between 1st January 2015 until 21st April 2015.
  The application fee for this status shall be only $50 during that same period.
  This one time offer will cease on 21st April 2015.
  
   

• We have released a special certificate that may be applied for as a personal gift to yourself , a loved one or friend. This certificate will provide the nominee with a certificate showing their very own “Nature’s Spiritual code”.
  The fee for this certificate is only $35.00 inc return postage and may be applied for by emailing the Royal College of Advanced Research via this link Enquiry re: "Natures Spiritual Code" and advising the full and accurately spelt name of the proposed recipient as well as the return postal address etc. You may also contact that office via the link with any questions regarding this great gift idea.

  This is the late HRH Princess Shirley’s grant to all.
  
   

• As part of the upcoming celebrations we are constructing :-
  
  The Princess Shirley's Sacred Educational Shrine
             “Gateway to Nature’s Spirit World”
  
  Within this Shrine will be found, “The Stone of Light”, which has a new mineral inclusion.
  This stone has great historical factors in relation to when the Sons took it from its place in the Capricorn Ranges.
  
  Also you will find the identical “Nature’s Spirit Codes” of both “Jesus” and “Muhammad”, as well as the Spirit Codes for “Jerusalem” and the “Kaaba’ which was taken from Jerusalem. Hence you will also see that “Nature’s Spirit Code” for the “Kaaba” is reversed to that of “Jerusalem”.
  
  The equations for the universe at rest and the universe then “Creating” are also to be found within this Shrine.
  
  A great number of small statues of animals and birds all with their “Nature’s Spirit Codes” will also be there for all to see.
  
   

• We will also be honouring our late diplomatic representative, Sir Martin Louey, who always wanted us to build a Chinese Cultural Centre.
  He founded the Chinese Cultural Centre in Melbourne.
  In Honour of Sir Martin, the small building at the entrance to Princess Shirley’s Sacred Educational Shrine will have a Chinese character, life size Chinese Warriors and Chinese lions at the entrance.
  The Chinese were in ancient times some of the most advanced academics.
  Sir Martin Louey was a great friend, one never to be forgotten.
  
  There will also be a great deal of information on religion and pure physics for everyone’s sphere of interest.
  Realists may find this very informative.
  
   

• In conjunction there will be a book, “Princess Shirley’s Sacred Educational Shrine”, which contains an enormous extent of Gematria resolvements, details and information that has been released for the first time.
  This book I have dedicated to my wife, the late HRH Princess Shirley, therefore, the information therein is Princess Shirley’s gift to mankind.
  It is assuredly the only Shrine in the world containing such vast , informative, detailing.

Our invitation extends to all, come and see for yourself, come and study the details yourself.

Greetings to you all!

I am very pleased to have now celebrated my 89th birthday, here in the Principality.
I thank all those who took the time to send birthday messages to me, I do appreciate them.

During the period since 1970 we have received many people visiting here.

It is now 40 years ago that I was asked to write on the numbers in ‘The Book of Revelations’ by one of our citizens and close friend.
I wrote some 34 pages on that subject, and then decided to take a deep look into the “Spiritual” to see if it really existed, or not.
Now, on my 89th birthday I would like to announce that I found the answer in the equation of:

That is: Mass Value (Mv) ÷ Spirit value (Sv) = the Spirit Code; the Spirit Code divided by the Mass Value (Mv) then equals:
“Nature’s Binder and Construction Code” The Spirit Code in every instance extends into infinity.

I am very pleased to have achieved such a result after so many years of research.
It should be recognized that no other government, no religious organization, have had the perception of “Nature” in its “Reality”.

The endeavours of all those ever associated in this research, over the many years, including the late Princess Shirley, should be recognized for their great contribution in this research.

This Principality will now make available the PHR Gold Pass Photo ID Card which will include the person’s Spiritual code thereon.
The ID Card will be issued and managed by the Office of the Minister of State, HRH Prince Graeme, who is also Chancellor of the
Royal College of Advanced Research (RCAR), the educational institution that has led the studies that have bought about this discovery.

Application forms for this Gold Pass Photo ID Card for PHR Subjects are now available on the website, the fee being only PHR/AU100.00 for the card, which is valid for 3 years.

We will also soon make available a Special Certificate that will display the "Spiritual Code" of a person, making it an ideal gift.

This Certificate may be obtained for anyone and does not require the recipient to be a Subject of the PHR

We now look forward to our approaching 45th Anniversary in April 2015.
As with each of our 5 year Anniversary points, this, the 45th Anniversary will once again be a large and exciting event with many things planned and still being planned for the weekend of April 25/26 here in the Principality.

As part of these events we will show more permanent details of the research carried out by the RCAR.
