David's peers declare and
profess him to be a well deserved member of society to be considered worthy
of recognition for the efforts that he puts into his volunteering and
charitable support provided to the underprivileged members of society. David
has, since 2010 and continuing today, volunteered with his local council in
the area of "bush care", in order to assist and promote the
regeneration of native flora and fauna to the local environment as well as
assisted, again as a volunteer, the Royal Agricultural Show, which is touted
to be the largest show of its type in the southern hemisphere. A very well deserving recipient of a PHR Honour.

Sir Richard Ananda Barton
KCRO., KCOWL., MCM + SBar., BA (Hons)., RHRL. (Gosnells - WESTERN AUSTRALIA) Bestowed with the Rank of Knight Grand Commander of the Royal Order for: Outstanding services to the Sovereign and the Principality of Hutt River as \Commander of the 1st Barton Platoon RHRL. Maj. Sir Ananda is the Commander of the 1st Barton Platoon based in Perth Western Australia. Despite only having a small command to date, Sir Ananda still manages to provide an absolutely outstanding amount of support to so many agencies and people. He takes part in the HBF charity Fun Run every year, this year his Platoon has held various fundraising actions to raise money for a new washing machine for the Armadale/Kelmscott Health Service Mental Health Unit. so successful was the fundraising that they were able to purchase a commercial machine and had enough funds to also pair it with a dryer and still have funds left over for the next project.
