Order of Wisdom and Learning

John Kutchel OIOM., Dip TAS
(Pearcedale, Victoria. AUSTRALIA)
Bestowed with the Rank of Knight Commander of the Order of Wisdom and Learning
For his services to the education and the edification of his community at all times.
Often, whilst all recipients of PHR Awards are to be congratulated and honored at their bestowal, occasionally an application or nomination for Honours stands out in it's own way and this nomination is one such.

Time and space do not permit us to publish all details of the outstanding nomination produced for this man but suffice to say that he has an outstanding and exemplary background in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety in the workforce, being an instructor and in fact a trainer of instructors in the field, particularly in the areas of heavy lifting, the operation of heavy equipment, rescue techniques both above and below ground as well as underwater and areas of firefighting and general rescue and first aid and support should stand out on their own. But then we are also made aware of his many years of service and support of the Scouting fraternity, his active membership as a volunteer firefighter with the Victorian Country Fire Authority for so long and his offices of training he holds with that organization as well as his input given the Victorian Asthma foundation. John is a member of the Australian Resuscitation Council and the National Registered Assessors Association and that is before we really get down to the finer points of a great supporter of Communities and their people!

Congratulations!
Sir
John Kutchel KCOWL., OIOM., Dip TAS
