Ignazio Spadaro (Ispica, SICILY) Bestowed with the Rank of Knight of the Order of Wisdom and Learning Nominated by his Peers and recognized by the Sovereign of the Principality of Hutt River, for his services in providing assistance and educational support to the youth in his community and to his local community in general. Ignazio was nominated with very high praise and recommendation from his peers for his dedication to his community and the environment and his sensibilities towards problems associated with crime, disabilities and various cultures which has produced in him an understanding that enables him to take on many of these problems, to help educate and therefore eradicate many of the difficulties. He has written many courageous reports, both of local and international interest and his willingness to provide support over a number of years has been outstanding.

(North Alberta - CANADA ) Superintendent Stephen is bestowed with the Rank of: Member of the Legion of Frontiersmen, Independent Command CANADA is Bestowed with the Rank of Member of the Illustrious Order of Merit for: Having provided 12 months (on-going) Service with the Legion which provides support in all manner of areas to the local community & surrounds in which it operates. Superintendent Stephen John Heward is the sole LFICC Member based in North Alberta, a new unit under the command of LFICC HQ Ridgedale, Saskatchewan. HRH is the proud Hon. Colleen Joy Smith (Perth, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) Bestowed with the Rank of Officer in the Illustrious Order of Merit for outstanding service to the Sovereign and the Royal Family in the performance of her duties as Celebrant Presiding over and guiding the recent Public Funeral Service for HRH Princess Shirley. Colleen went far beyond what would be expected of her in her position as celebrant and her attitude and assistance made what is a very sad and unwanted occasion into a most memorable one, she is commended for her actions and recognised for them by the awarding of this honour. Major-General Sir William (Bill) B. Speir Jr. KCOWL., KRO., SCM., RCH, RHRA (Nth Florida, USA) Elevated to the Rank of Knight Commander of the Royal Order for: Services to the Sovereign and the Principality of Hutt River in his position held in various Offices within the Royal Hutt River Army. Maj-Gen Sir "Bill" has always shown and continues to show great support for the PHR and its Sovereign by the performance of his duties and his ever being ready to assist in any matters where his assistance may be asked for. Most recent Maj-Gen Sir Bill Speir has been instrumental in a large amount of work updating and upgrading manuals and civilian teaching aids concerning the identification and actions surrounding the finding of unexploded ordinance, particularly the many forms of landmines that may be found still hidden and active in many war torn or previously war torn nations. Lt. Sir Richard Ananda

KOWL., RHRL. Gosnells, WESTERN AUSTRALIA is hereby awarded the Meritorious Conduct Medal (MCM) for outstanding support of the Sovereign and the Principality by way of his position as Lieutenant commanding the Barton Platoon, Royal Hutt River Legion (RHRL). Lt. Sir Ananda has performed his duties with exemplary conduct and consciousness, caring greatly for his community, promoting the RHRL wherever he finds opportunity and seeking out and performing the duties of the RHRL in many areas of care and location around Perth. Lt Sir Ananda has built up a support network around himself and the Unit, bringing members aboard the RHRL by way of his own example. He carries out all of his duties with gusto and often leaves his Commanders reeling at the speed in which he gets down to work and completes tasks put before him. His dedication to the Principality and the RHRL is without fault. IN ADDITION:
