bullet

Potential members MUST be actively involved (or willing to be actively involved) in providing charitable/humanitarian aid on a regular basis to their local community and details need be supplied prior to acceptance.

bullet

This service/support must be of physical benefit to those who most need.

bullet

There is to be no religious bias or involvement, just as there is no political bias accepted in the Regiment. and religious, spiritual or  political support is not accepted as qualifying for acceptance.

bullet

Those who may have a number of people wishing to join-up are more than welcome to apply and in such cases we will seek to form an active Unit with an appointed Command structure.

bullet

Advancement through the Ranks is obtainable, mainly gained through service. Outstanding service may be recognized by either/both promotion or any of the many awards available to the PHR Military.

bullet

After Action Reports are required to be forwarded, preferably by email, on a regular basis to Command and these reports will be published so that all may be aware of the service/support being provided by the RHRL around the globe.

REGISTRATION OF INTEREST
If serving/supporting others in an organized environment and one of camaraderie and organizational support then the first step is to make initial contact with RHRL Command by email, where matters may be discussed and any questions answered.

Once both parties have decided that recruitment is the next step, then a simple application form will be provided and this will need to be completed and returned to Command, accompanied by references, CV and passport size photo (for ID Card) and the next step of formal application to join will be underway.
